| A visitor can evaluate the functionality of Mobi-Dating site without registering in. Visitor can make searches for members’ profiles, but can’t see the detailed data of a member. System gives visitor 30 minutes to let him decide whether to become a member or not. If visitor remains uncertain still then system denies access for visitor during next 24 hours. Contrary to visitor a member has all benefits from system services and can look for any profile of other member of Mobi-Dating site. |
| What is the way of conversation with other members? |
System offer to a member three ways of conversations:
- First, member can send to other member an instant message. This message exists within system only and doesn’t go outside.
- Second, member can send an e-mail to other if recipient member provided e-mail address in his/her profile.
- Third, member can send SMS message if recipient member provided mobile phone number in his/her profile and sender ordered SMS service and has enough money on the own account.

| What is the "VIP member"? |
| Any member can become VIP by ordering this service. When someone makes a search for other profiles the found VIP members appear on the top of result list. |
| What does the “rating of member” mean? |
| When some member looks the detailed info about other member, system takes this event into account. “Rating of member” is actually the number of his/her profile views made by other members. The more viewable profile a member has the bigger his rating and the higher his profile appears in the list of search results. |
| How can I add money to my account? |
| You must order the desired service first. Then Mobi-Dating site uses PayPal service for money transaction. This way of payment is fast, reliable and secure. |
| What happens if I don’t use Mobi-Dating service for a while? |
| You data are kept during 12 months since the time of you last visit. After that the robot will delete your profile completely. We are sorry for that, but this the only way to clean up our database from idle members. |
| What should I do if some member sends me unpleasant messages? |
| You can add this member to your “blacklist”. This member will have a special sign. After that the messages from this member won’t reach you until you will remove this member from your “blacklist”. |

| You can add this member to your “favorites” list. This member will have a special sign. |
| What are the type and size of photos and videos I want to upload to my profile? |
| You may use JPEG and GIF formats for you photos. You may use any format for your videos. Each photo or video file may not exceed 2 MBytes. |
| What is the amount of photos and videos I may upload to my profile? |
| Initially you are limited to 5 photos and 5 videos. For additional small fee you can extend this amount to 10 photos and 10 videos. This fee is valid for one year. |
| What are the "Mobi-Tops" and how can I be there? |
| "Mobi-Tops" actually is the list of users arranged according to their ratings. The higher rating you have the higher you appear in "Mobi-Tops". The more visible your profile is the more chances for dating you have.

| What are the paid services for? |
1. "Photos management" - initially you are unable to add/delete/change photos for your profile, but for very small fee you can do this. After one year the photos management function will be disabled, but all your photos will be kept in the system.
2. "Videos management" - initially you are unable to add/delete/change videos for your profile, but for very small fee you can do this. After one year the videos management function will be disabled, but all your photos will be kept in the system.
3. "Your message in Mobi-Messages (front page)" - your message definitely appears in Mobi-Messages section and more people will see your description.
4. "Become a VIP" - when someone will make the search, you nickname will be on the top of result list with additional attractive frame.
5. "Upload up to 10 photos" - basically you can upload 5 photos in your profile. If you want more, please, order this service.
